Tasting Notes
- Chateau Canet Minervois La Chapelle has a complex nose, full of dark, ripe, blackberry fruit that takes time to unfurl. Rich and expressive, full bodied yet fresh. This old vine Grenache has generous, fleshy fruit, balancing ripe tannins and a finish that is full of bright berry and violet flavours. There is also just a touch of a leathery character which will no doubt develop in bottle.
About
Our 115-hectare family estate, in the Minervois region of the Languedoc, is nestled against the” Balcons de l’Aude”, a stone’s throw from the medieval town of Carcassonne. This terroir, rich in limestone and clay, benefits from a Mediterranean climate, which is ideal for wine growing. It also benefits from the particularity of the influence of two very different winds, the “Cers”, a cool wind coming from the Atlantic and the “Marin”, a warm wind coming from the Mediterranean. This double climate makes it possible for us to produce fresh and elegant white wines and rich and fruity red wines. The vineyards are managed according to the ecological guidelines of Terra Vitis®.
100% of the cuvée is fermented according to the carbonic maceration after co- inoculation allowing the malolactic fermentation to take place before the alcoholic fermentation. In order to preserve the black fruit dominated aromas, we mature the wine in egg shaped Flex tanks from the US for one year.

How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.
If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email info@clynk.com.sg or call +65 94384090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
