Tasting Notes
- This Shiraz is full bodied with a smooth rich texture. The blackberry and notes of dark cherry, bay leaf and dark chocolate are nicely balanced with hints of spicy oak characters. The lengthy palate is mouth filling and concentrated, displaying outstanding depth and intensity.
About
Shiraz vineyard harvested in late autumn and sorted thoroughly for clean fruit. Light crushing and whole berries in the fermenter add complexity during fermentation. Vigorous yeast used for controlled fermentation in cool South East autumn. After 10-15 days on skins, the must is gravity-transferred to a bag press and gently pressed, with pressings added back for ripe tannin structure, length, and complexity. Wines complete fermentation and malo-lactic fermentation in tank before moving to a mix of French and American oak barrels for 18 months. Individual barrels are tasted and blended before bottling.

How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.
If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email info@clynk.com.sg or call +65 94384090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
