Tasting Notes
The aromatic maturity of our grapes is essential to produce aromatic, fruity and floral rosé wines, close to what we can smell in a rose garden. The “Centifolia” rose is known for its spicy and honeyed aromas, the “Traviata” for its light fragrance with a touch of apple, the “Red Eden” for its power, the “Dumas” rose for its heady fragrance, the “Gallica” for its “old rose” fragrance and the “Alba” for its citrusy notes. It is all these aromas and characteristics that illustrate the Rose Garden. Wine, like this bottle, will be able to accompany the simplest meals as well as the most gastronomic ones.
Wine Making
Each grape variety is vinified separately. Destemming, direct pressing (pneumatic). Fermentation for 3 weeks at 16 ° C (maximum) with selected yeasts. During the vinification, we regularly rack the wines to keep a maximum of fruit and concentration. Ageing: on lees with regular steering for 40 days in cement vats.
About the Winery
The philosophy of Les Domaines Paul Mas is “World World Wine with New-World attitude” meaning maintaining the typology of soil and grape variety, while creating a wine that fits with consumers need: fruit concentration, ripe and soft tannins, opulence. Every single wine is blended by Jean-Claude Mas who mastered the art of blending alongside his mentor, Georgio Grai.
Nowadays, 23% of Domaines Paul Mas vineyards are organic and every wine estate is Terra Vitis certified and High Environmental Value Level 3.
Domaine Paul Mas collected numerous awards over the last 20 years; it was awarded the title of EUROPEAN WINERY OF THE YEAR by Wine Enthusiast in 2020 and Best French Producer at Mondus Vini three times in row.

What is the return policy?
At Clynk, we take great pride in offering only the best quality alcohol brands. When you place an order with us, you can trust that you'll receive exactly what you expect – high-quality products that you'll love.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or unusable, we're happy to accept returns. Simply give our customer service team a call within 24 hours of delivery and we'll take care of the rest. We'll make sure that you receive a replacement or a refund for the damaged product as soon as possible.
However, please note that we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or simply decide that you no longer want the items you've received. We stand behind the quality of our products and believe that you'll be satisfied with your purchase. How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.
If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email info@clynk.com.sg or call +65 94384090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
