Tasting Notes
Appearance: Ruby-red with violet hues.
Intensely aromatic, this wine blends spicy notes of white pepper and olives with violets, blackcurrants, and blueberries. Oak adds subtle complexity while preserving fruity essence. Palate: This elegant and long wine reveals red fruit and reflects the granitic soil in its energetic and vibrant mouthfeel. It has silky tannins, nice weight and a mineral finish.
About
In the coastal valley of Leyda, 4km from the Pacific Ocean, our winery, a pioneer in the exclusive 2,000-hectare Leyda Valley, passionately crafts fresh and unique wines. Our LOT line, born from a dedication to showcasing the best of each variety, embodies identity, elegance, and complexity. These exceptional wines originate from polygons, small sub-divisions within plots, with extremely limited production capped at 5,000 bottles per vintage. Lot 8, a testament to our commitment, exemplifies the quest for the ultimate expression of Syrah in Leyda's distinctive terroir.
Wine Making
Hand-harvested in late April, the last variety in Leyda Valley, these grapes underwent a meticulous process. Upon arrival at the winery, 30% were preserved as whole clusters for structure and floral notes, while the rest were sorted, destemmed, and cold-macerated for 5 days at 8°C–10°C. Alcoholic fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures (24°C–26°C) in open tanks for 10–12 days with gentle punch-downs. After fermentation to dryness, the wine spent 4 days on its skins, then aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and untoasted 2,000-litre foudres, resulting in a final blend of 77% foudres and 23% 225-litre French oak barrels aged 1–3 years, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.

Simply give our customer service team a call within 24 hours of delivery and we'll take care of the rest. However, please note that we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or simply decide that you no longer want the items you've received. How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.
If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email info@clynk.com.sg or call +65 94384090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
