About
Astelia wines are produced on the marl-limestone and clay-limestone soils of the Hérault Valley, between Montagnac and Villeveyrac, reflecting a harmonious symbiosis between the grape region, a passion for the vine, and a talent for blending - the Jean Claude Mas style. With some plots enjoying cool night temperatures, Astelia achieves a perfect balance between acidity and alcohol. The 36-hectare vineyard produces 15% rosé, 20% white, and the rest red wines.
Wine Making
De-stemming and cool temperature maceration for 36 hours. Fermentation at 28°C for 5 to 6 days. Maceration for 15 days with daily pumping over. Vinification in vats, then the wine is slightly pressed with pneumatic press. The first press juice is blend to the free run juice, the wine is then barrelled before the malolactic fermentation. We use 70% of American oak and 30% of French oak. The wine ages 10 months in barrel.

How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.

Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
