Heaven’s Door Refuge Straight Rye Whiskey is where bold spice meets refined craftsmanship. Distilled from a 100% rye mash bill and aged for 6 to 8 years, Refuge gains its depth and character through a finishing rest in Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a whiskey that balances rye’s natural heat with rich layers of dried fruit, caramel, and oak.
Inspired by the artistry of Bob Dylan, Refuge is a testament to creativity without boundaries — a smooth, complex rye that offers warmth, depth, and the comfort of true craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich and complex — dark fruit (figs, dried berries), oak, warm spice (nutmeg, clove) with a subtle sherry-cask sweetness.
Palate: The characteristic rye pepper and grain are complemented by honeyed caramel, vanilla and dried fruit; sherry cask adds layered richness.
Finish: Warming, with lingering toasted grain, spice, oak and a touch of dried fruit sweetness.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or unusable, we're happy to accept returns. Simply give our customer service team a call within 24 hours of delivery and we'll take care of the rest. We'll make sure that you receive a replacement or a refund for the damaged product as soon as possible.
However, please note that we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or simply decide that you no longer want the items you've received. How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.
If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email info@clynk.com.sg or call +65 94384090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
