About
2023 Hunter Valley Wine Show Trophy - Best Single Vineyard White. A wine designed to age - this will cellar well for the next decade or more. Pale, quartz with green hues. Lifted purfume of white flowers, lemongrass and green apple. The palate is defined by juicy lemon lime acidity, framing a chalky minerality.
Each parcel of fruit was crushed and pressed separately, the juice fined and allowed to settle in stainless steel tanks. The clear juice was racked and inoculated with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to ferment at a cool temperature for ten days. The wines remained on yeast lees for a period of three months, before blending in June. Minimal fining ensured the delicate aromatics and flavours were maintained before final filtration and bottling in July.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or unusable, we're happy to accept returns. Simply give our customer service team a call within 24 hours of delivery and we'll take care of the rest. However, please note that we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or simply decide that you no longer want the items you've received. How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.
If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email info@clynk.com.sg or call +65 94384090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
