About
Following distillation, Beenleigh new-make cane spirit has already developed its unique, complex character. But it’s the final stage that makes all the difference. We take the cane spirit collected from the Stills and fill our historic wooden maturation vats that once held delicious Australian brandy. We leave the Spirit for a minimum of 2 years to now be called Rum.Our maturation process also consists of using American Oak, ex-Bourbon casks, which contribute classic toffee, caramel, butterscotch flavour profiles to our maturing Rum stocks..This is what gives every bottle of finely crafted Beenleigh Rum its rich, luscious flavour and velvety-smooth finish.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or unusable, we're happy to accept returns. Simply give our customer service team a call within 24 hours of delivery and we'll take care of the rest. We'll make sure that you receive a replacement or a refund for the damaged product as soon as possible.
However, please note that we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or simply decide that you no longer want the items you've received. We stand behind the quality of our products and believe that you'll be satisfied with your purchase. How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.
If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email info@clynk.com.sg or call +65 94384090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
