Tasting Notes
- Appearance: deep ruby colour.
- Nose: upfront aromas of ripe red fruit, like cherries and redcurrants, along with soft spicy notes like nutmeg, vanilla and cocoa.
- Palate: this wine has good body, medium structure and balanced acidity. The tannins are smooth, leading to a pleasant, elegant and long finish.
Varietal
35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35%, Syrah, 15% Merlot, 8% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.
About
A master blend made from a premium selection of 1865 ́s vineyards, situated in the best Chilean origins. This wine expresses the stunning diversity of the country’s viticulture, exploring a range of Chilean vineyards, from northern to southernmost, incorporating both coastal and Andean influences. Varying each year according to our winemaker ́s selection of varieties, each grape has been specially selected for its outstanding caliber. The result is a blend of peerless quality that reflects the essence of both grape and origin, articulating the singular character of the harvest year.
Wine Making
Each grape variety underwent a 5-day cold pre-fermentative maceration, followed by a 10-12 day alcoholic fermentation with daily punch-downs and pump-overs. A 10-day post-fermentative maceration occurred. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation ensued before 18-20 months of aging in French oak barrels. The final blend matured in stainless steel tanks for two months before bottling.

How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.
If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email info@clynk.com.sg or call +65 94384090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
